OUR OBJECTIVES

Identify vulnerable people with mental health, mobility and disability issues.

Provide support in Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Nutrition to the identified population.

Provide help to people through community work and psychosocial support.

OUR WORK TEAM
Our work team is made up of social workers, food safety promoters, community assistants, health and food safety coordinators.
